Today client is new to LED Advertising Screen, but he has been many years in traditional led billboard.

After months communication, we reached the agreement on cooperation of led display screen. Client prefer start with a trail order with few panels. One is for a sample that put in his show room to show other clients; the other that he can know about the install and control way, as well as knowing about the importing process from his country to China. We both agree this cooperation way.

For the sincere of both want to have a deep cooperation and develop local market together, we started our plan.

After two months, client get our panels. Exciting and happy to see the panels, but soon fall into troubles. For the screen software mess, though we test well and saved the data before delivery, but it happens.

Maybe for the mutual trust, client no angry, just accept the situation and ask us solve the problem together.

For time difference and some other reason, also takes both sides weeks to fixed it. Client happy and said soon he will order 10 times more than current panels.
